Our uniformed security officers are carefully screened and selected, extensively trained, continuously monitored, and evaluated on an ongoing basis to ensure we are meeting the client's expectations. Selecting the right person for the right position is central to GALA's stated goal of cultivating lasting customer relationships. GALA takes pride in having qualified personnel in place to evaluate applicants who can match an individual to the right assignment. Our security management specialists make certain that all GALA security personnel meet our strict minimum requirements, keeping in mind that additional requirements may be necessary at your facility, and tell visitors about you the kinds of venues, events and facilities your security guard's work.
